What I Liked Most About the Gastric Balloon

I have struggled with eating issues my entire life.

I’ve been a compulsive eater and have suffered from binge eating. I’ve done countless diets and managed to lose weight because I’m very disciplined, but then I gain the weight back!

What I liked most about the gastric balloon is that it’s a tool that helps you lose weight quickly because, at my age, losing weight isn’t as easy anymore.

Also, the support from the multidisciplinary team is incredible—it has helped me so much!

I loved the entire process, even though it was a bit tough, but it was totally worth it because I regained so much of my self-esteem.

In total, I lost 15 kilos. THANK YOU 🙏🏽
