This Privacy Notice establishes the terms and conditions under which Grupo de Obesidad S.A.S, identified with Nit: 901107716-4 and domiciled at Cll. 7 no 39-290 office 1107 of the city of Medellín, will process your personal data.
TREATMENT
The Processing of Personal Data that make up each of the Databases of Grupo De Obesidad S.A.S. It will be defined according to the purposes established for them in the Policies. Personal Data may be subjected to any operation or set of operations on Personal Data or Treatment defined in the Law; such as collecting, storing, consulting, circulating, verifying, using, transmitting within or outside the country for storage directly or through a processor, and deleting the information provided.
PURPOSE
The collection, storage, use, circulation of personal and/or sensitive data will be stored in the database of Medical Records, Appointment Scheduling, Website Contact, Patient Testimonials, Employees and Suppliers for:
1. Preparation of the patients’ medical history.
2. Clinical data collection.
3. For the provision of health services and medical monitoring.
4. For administrative purposes such as: payments, billing, portfolio, collection and other related purposes.
5. To know and monitor the quality of the service provided by the Obesity Group through satisfaction surveys.
6. For the execution of contractual/commercial and labor relations and compliance with them
7. For marketing and promotion purposes through the means authorized by each owner.
8. To comply with legal obligations.
RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
1. Access free of charge to the data provided that has been processed.
2. Know, update and rectify your information regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading data, or those whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized.
3. Request proof of the authorization granted.
4. Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the provisions of current regulations.
5. Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, provided that there is no legal or contractual duty that prevents deletion.
6. Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data. Responses that relate to sensitive data or data of children and adolescents will be optional.
